I don’t care how low a company sinks. I don’t care if it’s trying desperately to concoct a restructuring plan to avoid liquidating and leaving equity holders with nada (or bupkes, if you prefer your technical terms in Yiddish).

There is simply no conceivable excuse for changing your name from Excalibur Industries to Shumate Industries.

This is the corporate equivalent of a woman donning high-waisted tapered-leg “Mom jeans.” Everyone can see that you have simply given up. For Pete's sake, at least go down the toilet with dignity.
